The only way you can gain weight is to eat more. Even to gain muscle weight youy still need to eat a lot.

@Aragorth: If you feel you have to gain weight then eat more, but don't eat junk food cause you'll get fatty. I mean you can eat fatty foods (cause you want to gain weight), but check that they don't have chemicals and E250, E2348713, etc. On the other hand I can see on the photo that you don't have to gain weight, but you know better than us.
