How do i send both rhythm (clean) tracks to a new channel keeping there panning, so i can put fx on both at once?

You could either put both in a parent folder and put the effects on the parent track or you could add a send on both to your fx track and on that send set the panning appropriately.

SEND/RECEIVE

click the little 'i/o' button on your FX channel - which will be the RECEIVE. You then just use the drop down menu to select which tracks are going into the RECEIVE channel. done. [ding]

depends, are you talking about inserts or send effects?
sends, well use the i/o button as already said above.
inserts, well insert a new track, make it a folder, put the 2 tracks in it, done.

Well i did try it before posting. But the fx were there but the panning was not? I recorded 2 tracks in mono with there panning set, then sent them to another track with the fx on it

As i said i can do it, but it it will only let me pan the recorded tracks to one side. When i pan to the other side there is nothing there.

problem = there are mono plugs, and there are stereo plugs. on the individual guitar tracks themselves, you must ensure you are using mono plugs. on the folder track (and use a folder...don't bother with routing) you must use stereo plugs. reaEq / reaComp just figure it out themselves.

if you're using ampsims, you must use an individual sim on each mono track.

so you have

[Folder track] panned center, with reaEq and that's really all you need. but any plugz here must be stereo plugs.
[guitar L] with ampsim, panned left, anything else must be a mono plug
[guitar R] also with ampsim, panned right, ditto
