Recommend experimental bands/bands with experimental vox, anyone?

hey monika i forgot to tell you about THE PROVENANCE!

do you know them?

they are a really good(at least i really like them)swedish symphonic metal pieece!

i really like flute and vocals of their female singer(she is really talented and beautiful:lol: )!

they are quite a mixture of my dying bride and old progressive

they are really moody and intense...

i find MESMERIZE atrox cd used...

what do you think of it?

do you sing a lot or there is more male vocals?

:D

Hm, good choises might be of course Mike Patton, with his albums "Adult Themes for Voice" and the other solo project. They sound wicked, but they must be listened from start to beginning, so if you check out one sample from say file-sharing software or something like that, you'll be disappointed. Just go and get the album.

I'd also like to mention our band, Alymysto (Intelligentsia), though the vocals might not be that good, at least they are wicked also with a lot of throat-noises and that sort of stuff. Can be found from www.alymysto.com

Also, other noise and industrial-noise-whatever -artists tend to sound pretty good, maybe you'll find some interesting stuff visiting local music store focusing on metal/goth/industrial.
