No one mentioned Ibanez

Ibanez also makes pretty good products

Mid to high-end Ibanez guitars are pretty great, in my experience. Their stock pickups are a joke, but I feel their bolt-on necks are better than most other bolt-on necks that I've used.

I was going to swap out the stock pups on a Iceman, but after working with them for a little bit, I think I'm going to keep them.

Schecter (seem to look and feel a bit cheap), and the only ones that I've had that have been consistent have been LTD's - always good build quality and action without having to do a stupid pickup upgrade or something.

Korean Schecters are nice, it's the Indonesian ones you need to avoid.
