Hard to say, it differs so much.
Imo the best is from The Silent Enigma and everything after that

Personally I like their mid-era material best, like Eternity, Alternative 4, and Judgement.

Doom/Death with growls/screams: Serenades, Pentecost III (EP), The Silent Enigma.
Heavy Rock, no growls: Eternity, Alternative 4, Judgement.
Mellow psychedelic rock: A Fine Day to Exit, A Natural Disaster.

Haha, yeah i know about that error. IIRC I think it was a friend of theirs who wrote most of the lyrics back then, in the studio. It doesnt mean they are gay though, the music is really amazing. They have written maybe the most emotional music ive ever heard tbh.

i cant remember which dvd but one of them you can see danny reliving the situation he was in when he wrote the lyrics. amazing. top band. i prefer the stuff after the doom era (where the vocals are a joke).

Changed my mind slightly. I find Serenades to be my favorite now. Every track is memorable for some reason...

some lyrics are kind of cheesy (or call it "gay"), but whatever, I'm slowly getting into them. only have some mp3s but I'm planning on getting Silent Enigma, Alternative 4 and Judgment. beautiful music imo!
