Hi!
Just as the title says, i'd appreciate any recommendations for a good condensor mic in the price range up to ~€300.

Currently i am thinking about one of these 4 models with the Rode and the Sennheiser being my favourites.

AKG Perception 420

Rode NT2-A

Sennheiser MK4

AKG C214

Any comments on these models or any new ideas?

Best,
Thomas

A quick search should turn up loads of threads on this topic. I haven't used any of the mics you've listed, but if you can stretch your budget a little further the Audio Technica AT4040 should be ideal for you.

The AKG C414 B-ULS is my desert-island mic, so I'm going to cast my vote for the 214. I've never used one, but I've heard comparison clips between the two and the 214 sounded mighty similar.

The 214 is pretty good. I've used a pair for room mics and they were excellent. If they had different patterns, they'd be crazy good
