I was looking at my copy of Damnation and on the cd it had the logo of Koch and Music For Nations record companys on it. I live in the US so I thought it would only say koch because that is the American distributor. I assumed it was printed out by Koch records. Why would the Music for nations logo also be on the record?

Koch is the distributor, Music For Nations would have funded the thing.
