Have you tried it? http://www.redwirez.com
I've puchased the mesa recto cab yesterday. Sounds realy amazing, good stuff to play with room mics and back of the cab etc. It is much better than recabinet, which has that "boxy" shit going on every cab to my ears, I'll post some comparisons in a while. They appeared to be in a perfect phase with my real miced tracks and i had a great result blending their impulsed mesa with my engl cab ))
BTW. a great idea to have every cab avaliable seperately!

I saw their ad on GS. It seems really cool that they used such a pristine gear chain and made everything phase coherent. Unfortunately they're still static impulses though, nothing new technology-wise.

im interested in those impulses but i think they make a mistake not having any clips/samples in the website...

im not buying it without knowing how it sounds so...
i will wait for that comparison of yours ^^

i've read about them in the axe-fx forum and heard a few soundfiles,
professionals at work, really good ones!
i'm a little bit broke right, can buy only one "box" right now but it's hard to decite which one to take...

Marshall 1960B 4x12 • Celestion Vintage 30s
Mesa Boogie Rectifier 4x12 • Celestion Vintage 30s

any suggestions!?

Dude, that is really lame if it is true Shane. Seriously, if it is pirated and EQed.........LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS ANYTHING AT ALL THAT I CAN DO TO HELP YOU OUT BRO!!!!

I am here for you to help in any way possible. If that is the case, that is really, really lame. Let me know if I (or if the sneap forum people for that matter) can help in any way

Guys, I blew it. I was wrong. This guy's legit, and his IRs are actually really good. It's just a crazy set of coincidences, but he's provided proof and I believe him completely.

Please delete any quotations of my original post, thanks!

I wish him the best and I am very sorry...

glad to hear that he didn't rip you off dude.

Me too, I'm glad that I was wrong. I didn't approach this very maturely at all. I suppose I could be embarrassed, but that aspect isn't bothering me. I mainly just feel bad for spreading ill will about Mike, the Redwirez guy, who turns out to be really cool. I'm definitely going to be using his IRs in my recordings, they're a great addition to my studio's library, and it's nice to have some worthy, healthy commercial competition. I figure it will be win-win for all of us who record direct.

These seem cool. I might grab some of these and have them be a welcome addition to my impulse library including some made by guys here, and my ever faithful recabinet.

Based on the feedback I read on a few forums it seems like its some really solid stuff.
Think im gonna order the Mesa Boogie Rectifier 4x12 • Celestion Vintage 30s pack as soon as I can :)

Good job.
