The problem is quite clear, and you are now part of it. The situation has been exacerbated by your continual engagement in personal insults, including your call for his "destruction".
Furthermore, I have already informed you that I lack the power to ban. I am limited to suggesting it to the admins, which is a process. At the present time I have made no such request, and will not be moved to do so by your personal frustration. If I am to make such a request at this point, on the grounds of repeated personal attacks, baiting/flaming, etc., then I would be forced to make two. I suggest instead that we diffuse this, and if MetalBooger remains a problem without your support, then it will be, naturally, taken care of.
