Amps: ENGL, but not sure which exact models
Pickups: I THINK Dimarzio... Actually I've no idea, I'm just guessing...
Shoes: Some white sports sneakers which go really well with tight black jeans...

The pickups are a Dimarzio X2N in the bridge and a tonezone in the neck, I believe
