Yeah, Dax is pretty fucking awesome. I remember when he used to play in Acid Bath and I would sometimes hear their stuff on the radio when I was younger, being a south Louisiana band. Sammy Duet hasn't changed...from Acid Bath to Goatwhore...not such a big leap.

I think Dax came out on top, though. His music with Agents, Deadboy, and his solo album is really good.

i was hoping the deadboy stuff would be more like the acid bath acoustic songs like 'scream of the butterfly' and 'bones of baby dolls' etc. but its way more minimal an ehh, havent gotten into it much.

Yeah I was hoping the same thing as well. I'm really not that much into Deadboy, although it's still interesting. His solo album is like blues devil music...it's really cool. Demon Tied to a Chair in my Brain is a kickass song. Still love Agents the most, though.

Dawn of Demise, pretty cool...vocals are standard Unique Leader stuff but other than that, pretty cool.

Asmodee - Simulacres album....I hear the newest one Chlorosis is even better. Technical black metal with better production (not polished) that isn't so much wank as it is technical composition. Recommended for all family occasions.
