say something about what the forumer above you is listening to

Talking about the whole mr bungle, tomahawk, that new thing with the italian orchestra, fantomas...that's where avant-garde kinda loses me. Some of it is good I guess. That song Shpongled is good...I like the guitars, the music - atmospheric. It's not SUPER good to me, but it's good I'll probably check it out again. I guess I'll favorite it.

^ It's fine.
@Jayme- I think he was referring to Mike Patton and was just disagreeing with what Dreadful said there, as am I.
Oh, yeah:

I've been on a PANTERA kick all week. I FEEL LIKE PUNCHING YOUR MOTHER IN THE FACE! :heh: Not really, but I'll be damned if Pantera doesn't pump me up more than any other metal band.

Entrancing. It took a while to grow on me. For some reason some of the riffs remind me of System of a Down

Now for something that will get my ass kicked, haha.

this album always had a profound dismal affinity that resonated with me

and.......................................

this song has everything. its coherent, relentless, angry, and merciless and still happens to generate a lugubrious pulchritude that sends a shiver down my spine every time.

To not use as many big words...Dechristianize is a classic death metal album and Vivaldi is great! paused what I was listening to hear that piece which I'm pretty sure I haven't heard before. That's really good.

Np: Woe - Solitude

Funeral - From These Wounds is fantastic...glad there have been Funeral fans here on this forum.

NP: Woods of Desolation - They Will Never Leave Their Tormentor
these guys are really good - this record and their EP 'Sorh'...great depressive black metal that has the elements of the post rock thing goin in USBM.

That cover is fuckin' awesome. I didn't know a calmer Pantera would sound good. Pantera's about the most angry band ever and to hear a calm relaxed version of them is surprisingly good. She's a great vocalist.

And now for what I consider to be one of the most underrated bands ever.
