Nope, no fancy cakes. I think I have those and the "twinkies" at work, we're all slowly working on them. I did have two peanut butter sandwiches and two huge glasses of juice, my blood sugar is crap. I feel better, a lil shaky and disoriented though. Better than having the 'beetus I spose.
