say something about ... yourself!

I sometimes think that everything happens for a reason - maybe this will lead to something better?

Like actually selling my art? I dunno.

Pardon the rant - it's the only outlet I have atm.

:erk: I'm sorry to hear that Lesa, have you talked with your bosses to see what you could do about keeping your job, maybe long enough that you could find something better or another position?

couldn't you do like a temp job teaching art!?!

I hope it does, and hey, your art work is fantastic, I think they will sell pretty good. You sold that awesome White Rabbit painting. And didn't you say there was more from that series? Go for it. :)

fuck spiders. one crawled in my room last night and hid under my bed but its basically a wood storage thing and a bed so i had to move it like 4 feet away from my wall and then there was a shitload of dust so i had to clean at like 1 am. the worst part is i finally found it but before i could get it it crawled back under the bed so i slept on the couch. my neighbors probably think i'm a tweaker now since i was vacuuming and cleaning at like 1 - 2 am.

Spiders used to bother me a lot, I'd see one in my room or whatever and the world would completely stop until I could get it out or smash it. Over the past few years I've become pretty indifferent towards them. If they're up high on a wall or something I'll just leave em alone. They never bother me and they're usually gone before long anyways. If they're low enough to capture, I will put a cup over them, catch them, charge the admission fee of one clear photograph, and then throw em outside. It takes no more effort than smashing them and then cleaning it up.
