Eh, I'll not lie about why I can't come in tomorrow, if they even say that we need to come in tomorrow. I'm not the only one that's not gonna screw up their plans for tomorrow to go to work. If the system's still broken now (as it has been since Wednesday night), then it's prolly gonna be broken all weekend anyway.

I've discovered that Facebook is good if you want to have a very small, selective group of friends and keep in contact with them without the hassle of "OMG LISSUN TO MAH NEW BAND!!!!!" that comes with Myspace. That said, if you're in a band that actually plays live and you're not just making music in your basement with no intention of releasing it, Myspace is probably better.
FB is for you, whereas MS is more for your band. If I weren't in a band, I'd delete my MS page.
Exactly, Myspace is great for music but when it comes down to it, it's essentially about whoring yourself out. Facebook is a social networking site that actually involves social networking.

Right now that's probably true, Will, as FB has this huge following that MS had years ago. I think Myspace's layout is better for bands due to the ability to sample all the music and stuff, but the ability to invite people and see who will be coming to your show is invaluable and a great idea from FB.

Just got news that my grandfather's significant other died. His wife died twelve years ago, so this is now the second time he's lost his closest companion. You can't replace a grandparent, but this woman came damn close. This is going to be like my grandmother's death all over again.
