Nope I'm positive, I've done all the work studied as hard as I can. This teacher is brutal, the other section of the class has 90% A's. So I'm thinking I might be able to contest the grade on that basis. However, that never really works.

The other option is to bribe him with the measly 1900 dollars I've saved up. Although that would probably get me kicked out of school too, but it's not like I have anything to lose. I wouldn't like it if he took it either because that's my new guitar and gear fund lol.

So I'm a bit screwed.
