Segregation in Public Schools

the blacks didn't have autonomy when segragation happened in USA

They had more than they do now, at least in the South -- check your history.

The only discrimination was that they were not allowed to use facilities created by Southern Whites.

Thriving black communities in Atlanta and Houston at least attest otherwise to your slanted shorthand.

a black guy could go to college
become a doctor/laweyer making enough money to "retire" with a "large nest egg"
have children
watch his children have granchildren
die at the age of 112
and never see a white person in his entire life

as far as i know, this^ has never happened anywhere in the USA
