Clearly That doesn't help me work out who is responsible for giving the ratings, however. As far as I can find there's no option to even see the IP addresses of who rated a thread, how many people have rated it, or anything past what the rating actually is. I mean, I'm certain it can be done (and I'm admin, so should be able to) I just don't know Vb well enough to do it
