Im off to see the 'thrax at Bristol in March..... not having seen em since the white noise tour, what's the set list likely to be???

I hope they haven't fallen into the Slayer boring set list trap.

I'll be at the Bristol gig as well and if the Thrax are anything like they were on the Motorhead tour, you won't be dissapointed.
Not sure about what the headline set list will be though.

The new albums coming out in Febuary, right? That means they`ll
probably play some stuff off it.They`ll have to play some of their
other stuff as well.Crush and Im the Man!Crush and Im the Man!
Im going to see them in Dublin.Ths is going to rock.

I saw Dark Tranquility in Bristol a couple of months back..about 50 people turned up hope more go to see Anthrax...

...and whats with the multi-storey carparks, all empty except for tramps beding down for the night....weird........

I hope they open with "what doesn't die" or "potters field", okay i know the later is rather unlikley but wouldn't it be f~ckin awesome again "this is a journey into sound..................BANG!!!"
In fact bugger it Im just happy that i am going to see them IN fEB!

Expect the list to be frontloaded w/ WCFYA material and bookended w/ old school stuff. Also, every new tour brings out a nugget or two that they haven't played in years. I'd love to hear "Time," or "Gung Ho," or "Now It's Dark." But all in all, Anthrax have been around a while and have a list of "standards," or "staples" that they always play, and that will be the bulk of the set list.

Bodylouse..I'm sure a load more people will come, the beirkellar however shitty always draws a good crowd for 'old' bands....the club has done nothing new for 10 years, just old bands, when I was 'young' I saw so many good bands there.....and slayer, almost.

Set list wise I was looking for some old ones.....what did they play on the Vol 8 tour? the motorhead tour? the stomp tour?

when they supported motorhead they opened up ith among the living and i was going fucking crazy in the front row and bush and franie kept giveing us the devil horns and we gave them back they soung got the time antisocial superhero
