when it comes to prices keep in mind that they vary depending on how much venue takes off of each one, the more they (the venue) takes/charges/steals the more they cost 'you', I've seen huge price swings between Vancouver & Seattle for example and that was when $1 US = $1 CA

It's not as simple as just exchange rates. Venues usually take 15-25%, then there's shipping and customs (it wouldn't be Canada if they didn't charge you an arm and a leg in taxes for bringing in merch).

From what i read on metalsetlists.com the last show or so they didn't do Amon Amarth or Victorious March or any song off of OSFTGH! INGREGIOUS!!! They played fate of Norns instead. DOUBLE INGREGIOUS!!! How dare they not play not at least one song off of OSFTGH! Damn. Im gonna have to talk to Olavi in Philly and ask him whats up with that.
