SHADOW DEMON parts with lead guitarist, seeks replacement
Lead guitarist Ryan Gallagher has decided to part ways with power-thrashers SHADOW DEMON due to his lack of time to pursue more than one project. Gallagher is currently in the process of putting together a more 80s rock influenced project. Keep a look out for his yet unnamed project to be announced in the near future. Because of his departure, SHADOW DEMON is now seeking a replacement lead guitarist.
Interested lead guitarists should contact the band at band@shadowdemon.us and have some sound samples available. The right person should be well versed in soloing and rhythms typical of thrash and power metal as well as be open to the use of extreme metal elements from time to time.
Four tracks from the bands debut album, Grimoire of Ruin, released on Darkhaven Records on October 27th 2006, can be found through the bands official website at www.shadowdemon.us or Myspace page at www.myspace.com/shadowdemon
Gallagher will still be playing with the band for the remaining booked shows August 10th at Maggie OTooles in Lakewood, WA and August 11th at The Vortex in Mukilteo, WA.
