Maidens,
Would you all consider doing a gig where you play an IM album in its entirety?
I saw Cheap Trick do this like 5 years ago and it was way cool. They actually did 3 nights of their 1st 3 albums and at the end of each album, they did a few must play encores. Truly a unique experience. Seems like a cool idea for IM since they have several great albums with no filler.

That sounds like a cool idea!A Black Sabbath tribute band I was friends with did the "Paranoid" album in it's entirety at a gig,and another one did the first Black Sabbath album.

That's a cooool idea! We could totally deck out the stage and club for whichever album theme it would be.....whew!

I agree. That would be a cool idea. Picking the album would be a tough one tho...there's so many good ones! Number of the Beast, Piece of Mind, Powerslave hmmm...

Well, the Maids at one point were doing the first part of Live After Death, minus a few here and there. Now that they know "Revelations" and "Rime", they can actually do a good chunk of that album...

As far as greatest hits goes, no complaints on "Live after Death". One of the cool things about those Cheap Trick shows was hearing "Mandocello", "So Good To See You", and "On The Radio" performed live for the first time. It would be interesting and I suppose a challenge to see the Maidens play stuff IM either hasn't played or rarely played. But then again maybe I'm the oddball out that likes stuff besides the hits & singles.

I'd think a show like this would get you all some well deserved press...
