Simulanalog JCM900

Ok i have been using the jcm900vst for awhile, and it has the best tone i have found for my playing. Im mostly into 80's thrash bands like megadeth, testament, exodus...

Now what i want to know is, how well does it emulate a real jcm900. I am looking for an amp that will sound pretty much the same as the vst. Would even consider the Bugera 1990.

There are lots of versions of that amp. I think the jcm900 SLX is the "good" one. Scar Symmetry tracked one of their last albums with a moded jcm900 and it sounded awesome .There are some threads here on the forum about this amp.

The SL-X is a great amp. I've not tried that VST, but I've owned the SL-X and I loved it
