haha, the people and the mayor of houston bascially said "get the fuck out", and the mayor of new orleans basically said "stay the fuck out". maybe they'll head north now.

all you people think you're tough because it snows where you live. you're not metal until you've bravely and courageously survived a gulf coast summer. i scoff at your weak snow.

Snow is my lifeblood, I love the stuff. It snowed pretty heavily here today, nice overcast sky, most beautiful day we've had in a couple years easily. When I got home I took a walk around our property for about a half hour listening to some great music, that's spirituality right there. Can't be more connected to the earth or in a better atmosphere for black metal. Sometimes, I swear I live in the most beautiful place on the planet and I love the fact that it snows into May here most of the time.

The only snow day I had in high school was at the end of April. It can snow about 6 ft. here and NOTHING is closed, it takes a fucking blizzard with fog and multiple deaths to close anything around here I guess. Speaking of which, some guy apparently got halved by a semi down the road aways when he got into an accident and was ejected from his vehicle. Pretty gruesome stuff.

Snow level is supposed to be at 2000 ft this weekend, I'm at 1500.

Supposed to go camping at 7500 but something tells me we won't make it up that far. P'oh.

 That's awesome. I live above 7500 ft. Come here and we can go camping at 14,000!:p Oh, and we have "The Great Sand Dunes" here as well, which is essentially a giant desert of sand mountains, so it'd be just like home. Seriously, one of you fuckers needs to come check this place out, it owns.

Oh, and J., I've survived a Gulf Coast summer, that shitz weak brotha. It's humid and all, but hardly intolerable, even after a game of football. On the contrary, when my family members from Texas come here, they get OWNED by the altitude in about .5 seconds. I'd like to see you hippies survive a winter here.:p
