I only listened to Havoc and it wasn't nearly as good as the stuff on Warp Zone, but what's your opinion on it?

It's not "Warp Zone" - what is? - but it's a very good disc. I was initially disappointed in "Havoc", too, but I think it's the most straightforward song on there, and it fits nicely in the context of the album.

There's a cover of VoiVod's "Brain Scan", too. Now that takes balls.

I've only heard Warp Zone, which I remember being really cool, although i havent listened to it in a good while.
