Last night I made Hash Brown Casserole for dinner. It was pretty good, but not as good as Tater Tot Casserole. I tried some new things with the HBC last night. I mixed in butter and added Corn Flakes over the top before I baked it.

Tater Tot Casserole is more dense and filling, and tastes better too. I'm not going to make Hash Brown Casserole again.
