Software to record your pc screen

hi all!

My friend is looking to record some tutorials (Something sport related) for his youtube channel and there seem to be lots of softwares that allow you to record your screen and perhaps add drawings like circles arrows etc. (he needs to lay down his voice of course on too of that)

I was wondering what your favorite is to do that.

Any recommandations?
