Some Opeth Drawings!

Since the Opeth board has officially been murdered, I guess I'll show my drawings here

These were the ones I entered in the contest:

They didn't turn out the way I wanted them to...heh, they all look a little fruity to me. I did most of them in a portrait class, and they just didn't turn out right. Bah. The one of Mikael makes me giggle (no, he's not wearing an eyepatch). I'm a little embarassed, actually.

Anyhoo, I haven't done anything artsy in a while, but maybe a break wouldn't hurt. I'm still fussing with my portfolio...which is guaranteed to exceed my photobucket limit.

Seriously, I'm glad you liked them
And btw, the cake was the yummiest cake ever. It was a surprise for Justy, and I stayed up till 3am icing the damn thing...and then we had to drive 100 miles to the ocean with it in the trunk of my friends car! That was the best campfire food ever!

Theyr'e better than the one that won. Which is just a complete rip off of the rainbow album they mentioned in the contest description.

Seems like the guy who won used a pointillism technique and failed miserably.

I bought the new cd today, and I'm looking at the artwork right now.
I wonder what kind of medium he used...maybe ink?
Pretty neato!

The CD is great, btw. It definitely has a different 'flavor' from the rest.
Isolation years is my favorite song so far
