Let me think...The Opeth song that took the longest to grow on me was "Blackwater Park". I used to make a point of not listening to it for some reason. A while later I gave it a listen and suddenly realised its one of my favourite songs, now I love it.
Credence seemed boring to me for a long time, now I enjoy it, I used to hate Nectar (mainly because the best part, the start, ends so quickly) now I think its good, and, April Etheral took me AGES to like, still don't like Karma though.
It works the opposite way though, I think some of Opeth's songs fade from being amazing to simply good. Bleak I think is a song that eventually fades, Harvest, Serenity Painted Death, The Amen Corner and In the Mist she was Standing are the only songs so far that have faded for me.
