MAYH: when excited to see it on 10/30.
still life: the moor
HERES where it gets tough.
BWP: bleak, or leper affinity.
deliverance: by the pain i see in others
damnation: hope leaves
GR: ghost of predition, BOTH, hours of wealth.

heh. we are pretty close in our choices. weakness is probably my second fav off damnation, and serenity painted death was the first song i heard by opeth, so it will always be one of my all time opeth favs. i am from waterville, maine. its an hour from portland almost right in the center. im probably an hour and a half from the border. we shoud meet at the show or something.

I've only seen Opeth once and that was at the Sounds of the Underground Tour in Dallas. They're show was cut short (if it wasn't short already ) and all they played as Deliverance and Demon of the Fall. Still an awesome experience though

when I saw them in cincinnati ohio they played blackwater park there and that by far was the best live song Id ever heard by them wow it was tight and they saved it for last right before the encore of course deamons of the fall they should of switched it around i think it would have thrown everyone for a loop!!!!

that's the beauty of an Opeth concert. It's all good. There isn't a song that they might play from their records where I would think to myself, "oh fuck no, not that song. It blows a fat schlong. Next!"

Unlike seeing Genesis or Yes in the 80's where they would inevitably at some point in the show play some dressed up pop shite that was really beneath their talents. There was a time in the 70's where you'd be hard pressed to find a better drummer than Phil Collins. Cue to 1985 and "One More Night." What the fuck! But I digress...
