This installment is brought to you by boredom :)

Ok, go and buy the following albums that you dont have yet but should, ive also added the best songs on each so you can download them and check them out:

Jacobs Dream: Theater Of War- These guys are the biggest Queensryche ripoffs, but they do it REALLY well. Its rather spooky how much the singer sounds like Geoff Tate, but he has a beard and doesnt look anything like him. Kinda strange. Anyway, download the songs Theater Of War and Sarah Williams to see how good they are. Is Sarah Williams the greatest ballad ever? No. But its still really good, so get it :D

Godsmack: Godsmack- Their first album, ive been listening to it all morning and it just rules. Theres like 3 crap songs and the rest are all brilliant, thats pretty good value I say. Download Moon Baby, because thats my favourite, also get Immune, because thats my second favourite. Highly recommended by me, and as you all know, recommendations dont come any better than that. Also worth getting is their new album Awake, as its just as good! I guarantee a good time if you buy this album :D

Entombed: Morning Star- This album is so heavy it beat up Zakk Wylde. Its so heavy if you dropped it on the floor it would break through the Earth and end up at its molten core. Its so heavy its my brother (ha geddit? The song title I mean... ahh forget it)
Fractures is the best song, but About To Die also rules in a total Slayer rip off way, so thats good :D

Sinergy: To Hell And Back- Special thanks to Wrathchild on this one, everyone loves their new cd but this one rocks harder than a boulder as well, the guitar solos are brilliant (its that cob guy Alexei Laiho and Roope Latvala, bith of whom are rather good), as is the singing (female vocalist for those who came in late). Best songs are The Bitch Is Back ( :headbang: ) and Laid To Rest, which IS one of the best ballads ever. Dont even download the songs, just go buy it :D

Hair Of The Dog: Rise- Ahh whats the point :D

Black Label Society: 1919 Eternal- Zakk got up off the floor after Entombed kicked his ass and came back with this, his best album yet. The vocals on this one are WAY better than on Stronger Than Death which I didnt like because the vocals sounded crap. Demise Of Sanity is my favourite song, closely followed by Bridge To Cross, an awesome ballad if there ever was one. And there is one so there was. Also noteworthy is the instrumental Speedball, noone should be allowed to be that good, he is just a freaking show off :D

There you have it, boredom has presented you with some truly great albums, now go buy them please :)

Do you sell Hair Of The Dog Marky?? None of these bastards seem to be able to find it :)

Thank you Blitzy :D

Now, get the BLS song Demise Of Sanity, I guarantee you will like it. Cant say fairer than that :headbang:

Thanks for the thanks Spawn, though I'm ashamed to say I still don't have To Hell and Back *or* Suicide By My Side. Why? Because I can't bloody find 'em!

The only Sinergy album I have is Beware the Heavens, which rules all of the four worlds.

"Fantastic, galactic dominion!" (twiddly diddly twiddly diddly) :headbang:

And HOTD's "Rise" is still languishing in the present cupboard, waiting patiently for my birthday. I'll listen to it come September, honest...

W

Oooh Suicide By My Side RULES :D I still cant find Beware The Heavens... Must be some kind of conspiracy... :)

September shall be a rocking month for you Wrathy, mark my words!

I bought "Suicide By My Side" the other day. Not bad, but it only goes for 38 minutes which is criminal in this day and age when CDs fit 74-odd minutes.

Might have been the last CD I bought, actually, and that was three or four weeks ago. Humm.

Same here. The length is the worst thing about the album. Really pisses me off. And it was the last CD I bought as well. except it was more like 2 months ago.

I also saw "To Hell and Back" once, but didn't buy it at the time. I went back a week later and some bastard has already bought it. Haven't seen it since. Bastard.

But wouldnt you rather 38 minutes of GREAT stuff rather than 74 minutes of mediocre stuff? :)

Friggin Hell another thread at another BB that mentions Entombed's Morning Star...do you people just Ignore my post??? :p..i ranted about that album when it first came out late last year and again this is the first i hear of it..geez get on the train..or just PAY ATTENTION!! :p :D
