James, I have an enhancement request for the Turner-er Up-erer®.

Would it be possible to have a t00b emulation option so I can add some analog t00b warmth as I'm louderising? This would be highly beneficial since the digital realm is so cold and sterile because it's all mathematical and accurate and stuff.

Or maybe that would be another plugin altogether? The Warmer Up-erer.

Or maybe a Tape Saturator-er. You could clip your A/D converters then run the resulting tracks through the plugin and get some sweet tape saturation.


Don't worry, I don't expect any royalties or anything. Just knowing that I'm helping people make their music louder and warmer is reward enough for me.

Behold the JP22 Dynamics Restoaration® plug-in!!:

here's some tips on operation:

notice that both eq and dynamics go up to infinity. the higher you raise the EQ, the more range you get available to you on the Dynamics control.
so, if you set the EQ to infinity, you will have a dynamic range of 0 to infinity availableto you. therefore, if you raise the EQ to infinity and then the Dynamics to infinity you not only restore all the dynamics you orginally squashed out of your signal , you also get infinite dynamic range!!

Remember to be careful when using this plug-in, it is very powerful. As JP22 once said "I could easily give back any minimal dynamics lost compressing with a bit more eq on my mixer."
