ok, it seems that alot of these bands like sunn and yob are using some vintage gear. 70s era blues rock gear. can anyone provide some more insight into what exactly theyre using?

Sunn is my favorite band forever!
unfortunatelee for us amp buyers-since they use old Sunn Model Ts- those are THE highest priced old amps around.
ya see alot of Sunn amps fer sale-but when it comes to the Model Ts-they are WAY too expsensive IMO...
i'm just sayin...
