"stop working out" says the missus

I was just given a salami sammich with roasted red peppers and artichokes with parmesan cheese on on a wheat french roll.

never took roids, not that i didnt think about it.
as for whey protein, most days i dont take it. i eat 6 meals a day, 30g of protein per meal with more than enough carbs (too lazy to count carbs). if i do take some whey its immediately after the workout along with glutamine and creatine (tsp of each).

my workout days look like this (1hr a day)

day1: chest + abs
day2: back
day3: legs + abs
day4: shoulders
day5: bis & tris
day6: rest
repeat

i used to group chest and tris, back and bis, shoulders and legs but eventually i came to a point where i needed to spend more time per muscle group to get any results. this much volume means i need more recovery time, so i cant work each muscle group more than once a week anymore.

doesn't your body get used to it and plateau though? I've found I'm getting way more awesome results just by mixing it up. Some days I don't even lift but I just do Muay Thai or bodyweight random days of weird shit just to mix it up. It's more fun and you actually feel a lasting burn.

Alright, I'm seriously going to start up again this weekend and stick with it. I mean it this time. That with the cardio I get from work should be good.

Kebab pizza is probably the best pizza I've ever had. There's this local pizzeria run by Albanians that make the best pizza in the entire provincia di Pordenone.
