String Tribute to Opeth Tracklisting/Info?

We to the store to pick up my copy of Watershed's SE today, and saw the string tribute as well. Too bad I didn't see this thread first... It sucks!

No surprise here. These string tribute albums have been getting churned out for several years now, covering all sorts of bands (listen to the Tool one for a good laugh). absolute garbage, every single one.

I don't know who in their right mind would EVER give the okay for their music to be butchered like this....'cause let's face it, this album, pure and simple, was made to make money off Opeth fans. It sure as fuck isn't any sort of artistic endeavor.

i'd be really surprised if this had Mike's seal of approval. Sounds more like a label decision to me...
