SO
What you need is a circular saw and a drill.
Take the top shelf off
Take off the support struts/rack
Draw a straight line from 3 inches up from the bottom on the angled side (formally the front) or, just grab the rack bits.
Move them to the TOP of the Straight side (formally the back)
Then just draw a line from there to the other side.
SAW
Now put the support struts on BACKWARDS so the angle is at the back.
Drill into them from the bottom.
Put screws back in
Bob's your uncle.
Your Screen is now 3 inches lower AND you still have all the rack space
