Stupid mic clip question!!

Right I just got a new mic and the clip does not have one of these in it

it comes like this so I cannot attach it to a mic stand

What is this part called?????
I need one and dont have time to be dicking about the shops trying to get one so I just want to order one on the net where i can have it delivered to the luxury of my own home

Just put a penny in that slot and twist that extra adapter off. Then you will be able to put it on regular mic stands.
