You would have thought, but apparently I was having a dumbass day yesterday and didn't see it.

apologies for the delay but I simply kept forgetting to reply.
4PM - I'll arrive to open the venue.
4PM-5:30 - Load In and preliminary sound check; dinner for the bands; quick
meeting with the bands
5:30 - VIP badge entry; Happy Hour
6:30 - doors open for general admission
7PM-7:40 - opening band [40 mins]
7:55-8:35 - second band [40 mins]
8:50-9:35 - third band [45 mins]
9:50-10:45 - fourth band [55 mins + 5 minutes allowed for one encore]
11:15-12:30 - headliner [one hour + up to 15 mins allowed for encores]
All times are approximate
and the set changes should only take a max of 15-20 minutes. We are
back-lining the cabs using Orange equipment. And some of the bands will
be using Orange heads as well. Zephaniah has offered the use of their
drum kit to anyone who needs it, as they'll be staying around the whole
weekend. So that's pretty cool of them.
