Very cool, the guitars might be a little quiet.. but on the whole I like it. Like Sikth mixed with Necrophagist or something.

Man...maybe I shouldn't discount S2.0 so easily...

Sounds great, love the more natural sound to the drums, I've always been a fan of that approach. I do, however, think the guitars get lost a bit during some parts, just the nature of the POD, it just all blends into itself and makes some parts hard to make out. Killer riffage though, would definitely buy an album of this stuff!
