How many different shirts, designs, etc. What sizes? how much? and baseball hats, stocking hats etc.? Does the band usually sign before or after?

They have V and Odyssey shirts available at the shows.

I actually have a major beef with SyX Merchandise (glad I didn't have to make a topic to get this out). At the show I went to they didn't have my size in the shirt I wanted, NOR DID THEY HAVE THE ****in' POSTERS. I was uber-pissed off that I walked out the club with absolutely nothing to remember my first face-to-face experience with my favorite band.

MERCHANDISE NEEDS to get in gear, like big time. Throw all the shirt designs up on the website and don't feel cheap in ordering every size in bulk. Fix the links that have been down for an eternity (bumper stickers, anyone?). Seriously, I feel really cheated. Hopefully there's good news soon.

I can comment to a certain degree on things online, but as far as merch decisions on the tour, that's management's call. Management has complete control over tour items. Sorry they didn't have the items you were looking for. Please send me a note via PM and let me see what I might be able to do to help out.

All the best,
Glenn

I'm hoping to have the new stuff up at the end of this leg of the tour. Still working on getting a green light from the band.

All the best,
Glenn

If any of you are wondering when we will get them. Read that ^^
Anyways, as for what merch will be 'Paradise Lost' style it will probably be the 4 shirts that were on the merch stands (I think it was 4) sizes M-XL and around 20US.

I remember 2 paradise lost shirts (cover art, back art respectively), a longsleeve with cool tribal design, and a baseball style shirt (which I got, win)...not sure about hats. Ts were $25...longsleeve/baseball were $30. There's a thread here where some shirt pics were posted, but you'll have to scour for that ;)

If I recall correctly, at the Ft. Worth show there were 3 PL shirts - one with the angel side of the cover, one with the demon side, and one that just said "Symphony X - Paradise lost." There was a long sleeve with the tribal design and a grey baseball-ish jersey shirt with black sleeves that just said Symphony X on it. There was a hoodie. There was a hat. Both of those just had a red SyX logo on them. There was an Oddessy shirt *and* a V shirt.

What gets me is that the shirts were $35 and not $25 as another poster mentions. Why don't they charge the same price at all shows?

I paid $25 at the San Antonio show. I got the Odyssey shirt with P/L tour dates on back. V shirts were pretty cool as well. T-Shirts were $25 & Jersey was $30. The V shirts had the album cover on front and on back were a picture of each band member. That sucks they raised the prices in Ft. Worth.

This is exactly why I didn't get a shirt. I saw posts here saying they were $35, and figured that was way too much for a broke 3 year old boy. Turns out they were $25 at the SoCal shows, which is as fair a price as concert shirts get. :erk:

I imagine they'll get some merch onto the website before the band heads out with DT..give the guys a break, though; they were gone for the better part of 3 months, let them relax a bit and spend some time with their families before getting back to work. :)

I to walked out with nothing since they didn't have any shirts in a medium. On the other hand its really cool that on the Odyssey shirt they printed the current tour dates. I hate when bands try to pass off old tour shirts at current shows.
