Depends on what you qualify as being expensive. Personally to pay $4 for a single shirt and to have it within 2-3 days of ordering via the US postal service's priority mail option is IMHO not all that bad.

I know when I handled the merchandise orders previously, I charged about $8 for shipping to Europe. I was shipping them airmail so that people would get them in the fastest possible time. Typically, the orders arrived within 4-7 days.
And if you think $8 is bad, try shipping to Austrailia or New Zealand where I had to quote shipping of $10-12 upfront.

I simply charge what it costs me to send my friend. If you choose Surface/Economy it will be the cheapest for you but will take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks.

That would be correct. 2X is a shortened version of 2XL or XXL
