Synth + Chugs (FM8, Structure FREE, PodFarm)

Was bored and it's been a while since I've mixed anything "metal".

Just thought I'd try to get a half decent PodFarm tone using something different; this one is the Marshall JCM model.

I like it...synth sounds nice, maybe a bit repetitive but that can be changed easily. I think maybe once the guitars/everything else start the synth overpowers it a bit. Not in terms of cluttering frequencies, etc. making everything sound muddy but more so it just being a bit loud or everything else being too quiet.

Thanks guys, I realized that the synth was a bit loud too. Should have had a closer listen to the mix at low volume before I bounced it.

Yep, FM8. "Fastest Trains" sound on with the default sequencer- I'm that lazy, haha.
