Hmm, it says in his profile that he's from Finland. I wonder if he's currently playing in any (semi) popular band? I know most of the finnish rock/metal bands, but I still can't recognize him or connect him with any of them. Is this actually the same person, who bought Roope's first original custom Jackson from the 80's (someone actually calls him Jani in the youtube comments)?

Yep, that's Jani from JGP. He got the Roope's Custom guitar (you can see it in the back) but he sold it few months ago. He also has three Dave Mustaine's Jacksons, Chris Holmes Jacksons, Danny Spitz's Jacksons, a couple of cool Jackson Catalog guitars...around 16-17 guitars, all Jackson CS iirc.

He doesn't play in any band currently AFAIK, but he is recording a solo cd for fun .

So yeah I was messing around with 3-string sweeps and came up with the Pre-solo lick from Northern comfort. I don't know if it's worthy of the 1st page but its probably one of my favourite CoB licks and I thought ya'll might enjoy it

It's tuned to D but I think the original is tuned to C#. I was tabbing it with my guitar in D so I tuned it up but forgot to tune it back down.

Nah man, I was just messing around with sweeps when it hit me what I was playing sounded like NC, so I decided to follow it up and got that.

I found this little tab tonight as I was browsing through some random tabs I've done. It's the solo "battle" from the song Petteri Punakuono. I dunno if anyone remembers but it was on SoB news because Alexi did a guest appearance on the album etc.

It's done by me and Mitch. I recall asking for his help for the sweeping interlude which he tabbed entirely plus he tabbed some bits on the second solo by Alexi.

It's still unfinished and the last tapping part on Alexi's second solo is just something random I tabbed so it's wrong.

Yeah well the original idea was that we would've uploaded the solo part from the song in mp3 form on some place where it could just be listened but not downloaded. That was because we knew that most of the board members didn't know about the song or could not get it anywhere (the album was only in Finland I guess?). I tried to PM the webmaster about the matter but he never answered me and so the whole tab just got forgotten i guess.
