Nice video. The fizz in the tone sounds to me a bit static (as in less dynamic, it doesn't jump around as much with the playing) on the Torpedo, which was to be expected given that it uses IRs. The difference isn't big at all however, and I can see it being really useful for live use.

I'm GASing for one of these. I personally would love see a more detailed review from you, especially if you were to go over the stock cabs. Question: In the video, were you using line-out or the s/pdif output on the Live?

Thanks so much for the vid Lasse! Can't wait to hear it properly being on my phone now and looking fwd to ur review! I am loving my kemper (although i haven't tried people s profiles yet and i hear some are amazing including urs of course!) but for some reason ive been gas ing for this too..

One question though as i would be interested in making IRs; which poweramp did you use Lasse? Because besides my amps i only have a 2:90 and im guessing id need something more transparent. Any advice?

the onboard cabs are actually really usable!
I'm using the line out since the Pro Tools rig works better when clocked internally....I don't want the torpedo to control my entire rig
I used the poweramp section of The Kemper, which should be as clean as it gets

Lasse, a bit OT, but I see you are liking them Fishmans. Any more info on those and how they compare to other pups?

Thanks for the info Lasse! I totally forgot about the kpas poweramp; i have an old version. Gonna have to do some research. Im glad the onboard IRs are good tho!
