That old hitler's speech kinda tone

Here's what you want:

iZotope Trash. Box model set to 'cheap radio' (I love this thing for song FX, it lo-fies perfectly). Then in the Trash/Distortion panel pick some hardcore Tube Draining/Saturating mode and go to town on the Overdrive slider. If it's not nasty enough, crank some 2 or 3k in the post filter.

After this just grab any tape saturation plug-in and slam every lo-fying control you can find.

that plus a very short delay will get you pretty close...i cant believe no one mentioned the delay.

Ok, enough...

That "signature Hitler-tone" has some vital elements, IMHO:
- The recorded voice needs to be WAY over the top. It shouldn't talk but scream!
- Vinyl noise galore in the background
- Telephone effect by low- and high-passing the recording
- Piercing distortion that really hurts in the ears on louder passages (only on those!)
- Talk about something REALLY stupid

I guess that the voice is more important than the processing.
