It's just a dumb album cover in general. It's being pointlessly blunt and just trying to offend. It's an immature collage to put on an album cover. Terrible, in my opinion.

It's a very blunt, simple-minded cover, and looks like it was thrown together by a middle-schooler. One can easily decipher what the band is saying by its images. It has no subtlety or intellectuality at all. It's not art, it's propaganda (whether I disagree or not is completely beside the point; propaganda can go both ways).

I also am not a huge fan of hardcore punk, so my opinion is definitely biased.
