holy shit, i love this band!

before, i had never understood why people loved these guys so much. now that i have started listening to them again and buying all their albums, i am constantly blown away at how good they were at writing songs. it is unbelievable, there is so much greatness that i cannot express it. no bad has come along since them that were this consistent and talented at writing true music. i hate to laud and praise to a laughable degree, but DAMN! i was going to name this thread 'favorite beatle songs' but i realized tht i would be typing for a good long while.

my dad got some cd where a bunch of celebritys got together and did covers for some of the songs.
gave a good laugh when you hear Jim Carrey singing I am the Walrus.

Haha. Yea, I like the Beatles too. My dad bought me all of their cds when I was younger...all of the Anthologies (videos and cds) and I also have some old records and sheet music that he passed on to me.
