You know, initally, it didn't quite hit me how special Carey was. It's so subtle, I didn't actually notice how blinding his work is. But when I really listened, my jaw hit the floor.

Jones is a creative guitar player, he indeed has a typical grunge riffing style, but there's some ''Frippness'' in his playing.

I feel the same. In 10,000 Days (the album), he plays a lot more atmospheric guitar.

The band are pretty tight live I thought. Everything sounds clear and articulate and Danny Carey's drum work sounds great.

Tool seem to love NZ, they came twice in the space of about 6 months for the Lateralus tour, both shows were great. They are ment to be coming back in November. Apparently we have the most Tool fans per capita.
