haha did this two weeks ago and realized it fit this thread. i've had this musicman amp for years but i bought it stuffed in a 4x10 cab of another make. Finally got around to turning one $20 board into a shitty head case. Trust me, it's nowhere near as straight as it looks in the pic, but it works and is functional but that's what you get with a hand saw and an hour.

Looks amazing. I'm building one right now. How did you go about cutting down the shafts on the switches?

Just a small hand saw. Mount the control board and nuts so it holds in place. And be careful, hold the shaft while sawing. It's as easy as this.

I finished the first prototype for my new pedal design a few days ago, and now the schematic is complete. It's the Orange OR120/Graphic MKII post '74 head's preamp in a box.
