Actually I agree with ones, who said that french bm scene is pretty overrated lately. But there are some really great projects.

I've seen Bérurier Noir live, their very last show actually yeah!

I don't know many French bands, but Anorexia Nervosa and Deathspell Omega are great. And Osmose is one of the best Metal labels, in my opinion.
